Summary:

The year is 1872, the place, Arizona Territory. In the tiny town of Sweetwater, Inuyasha has found a home as the local sheriff, taming the once wild mountain camp into a safe place to live. But when the town of men repays him for his help in a way unexpected, everything changes. Thank you for the new chapter!  it was an intresting chapter no so exciding but liked the small little bite size piece of fluff between Kegs and Inu.  can't wait to see what happens the following day!  will they get hitched?  Will Kik be part of the fic.?  I don't remember if she has been mentioned before or not.  would be an intresting twist though.

Sorry it's taken me this long to read this.  Real life caught up with me for the last week and a half.  My I'd been in and out of the vets office with a VERY sick minpin.  Emotional rollercoaster.  She's finally recovered and I am able to get back to "normal" life.  Thank you for the chapter.  I even had a few chuckles about this one.  Good job at the flashback I have to admit that I wasn't to eager to read it flashbacks can be rather teadous to read but it was good and i apreacated the slight humor in it. Can't wait for a new update.

nice chapter.  Loved the kick in the head comment.  Kegs has always been a bit scary with very ticked off.  Yash sure has to watch is head for a bit when he gets back.  I can't wait to see what yash thinks about all the scent markings that she's leaving behind.  Pretty smart! can't wait for the next chapter

Ya I was wondering if he'd make it out alive or not.  I really do like him.  It would be good if he grew up a little bit this time though.  I'm not quite sure I understand what is going on with the wolf-tribe though.  I sometimes have a hard time understanding the workings of the inner-court of the Lords.  still keep up the good work.  Can't wait to see what transpires next!

MMMM a shard detector is in the mix....not many of THOSE in the past is there.   I wonder what trouble that will bring everyone! Hope that will lead them all together alright.  by the title I see that something is going to go wrong but how bad is it going to get I guess is the real question!!! alot to think about in this chapter.
