Welcome! This is, as I said, the second installment of the story in 'When a Door Closes...'. If you haven't read it, you can read the recap below and get somewhat caught up, though I strongly suggest reading the first story.

WADC Recap: Jewel finished. Naraku dead. Kagome nearly dead. Inuyasha uses the jewel to save her. Kagome becomes hanyou. A problem, she also cannot control her youkai side anymore than Inuyasha can his. Enter Totosai, and a very handy bow called the Hamayami. To get it, she needed help from Sesshomaru, who made her swear to be his packsister as the price of his help. Inuyasha finds out, and leaves her-after proposing. Miroku and Sango split up, not least because of some trust issues. Miroku and Inuyasha end up spending winter together. Sango and Kagome spend winter together working with Sesshomaru. Naraku's youkai are all over the place, Ayami is behind it, having been captured by Naraku and eventually driven mad and made his spouse. Ayami is wanting revenge on well, everyone for his death. To that end, she's got some new toys, namely, serpent youkai called Dokueki Naraku created to kill our favorite hanyou. The groups are back together, Kagome and Inuyasha are wed after some interesting things happen. He has sworn himself to Sesshomaru. Sound good? Read on, or read the first section, we'll wait...
