Wow, Sess and Kag are really beating themselves up over this. Great job with all the inner musings of Sess, you can tell how tortured his soul really is about all this. And i am so happy that he is still watching out for Rin even in his disjointed way. I really love how this is unfolding and i cant wait to read more on it. And i did check out the dokuga site that you mentioned, love the incredible sessykagness of it. Thanks again for updating and for responding to the reviews, i love it. And i also love how you even delve into the feelings of everyone, and their observations, not just the main characters. great job again, and keep it up.
Author's Response: I'm glad you're enjoying the angsty-ness of this story, since it's my favorite element. To me, it would take a miracle to get the real Sesshoumaru and Kagome together, but if their bond would break, it would take even more to get them back together. That's the point of my story - I'm tired of stories that think that they can just stick these two together and they'd fall in love. That's ridiculous! But there's a lot of controversy over this story (not here) and I'm glad I'm more than half done with this. It's too hard trying to defend myself at every turn. So I'm quite glad you're enjoying it! And of course I'll respond - you guys are the reason I write, so I'm grateful to you! Thanks for really 'getting' this story!

thanks for the information, yep i'm gonna see how long sesshoumaru will last without the girl he loves. one question is sesshoumaru making up his fathers voice in his head are is it really his father talking to him from the beyond?

Oh Sesshoumaru is so stubborn with his sneaking and thinking. Kagome is so going to breakdown again if she lets it go on with Inu. Rin figured it out...good girl!
Author's Response: Poor Kagome. I really am sadistic when it comes to her. Then again, she's being pretty masochistic herself. Well, some dogs are just really stubborn. The Inu brothers are no exception. And yes, Rin knows the pain involved, so of course she's the only one that can confront Kagome. She has a larger role in the next chapter...

^^ Yep. He's been denying his feelings, but now he's admitting that he did feel something, he's just determined to not act on it (we'll see how long that lasts).
