Hello, fellow Inuyasha fanfic readers and writers!

Starting today, November first, I am personally overseeing a new type of contest!  Are you ready?  It's...

 

HAIKU!!!!

 

It may be one big contest, but, IF WE GET ENOUGH ENTRIES, I will put them up by category.  If you're interested, the probable categories will be:

*Best Inu/Kag romance
*Best SessKag romance (by popular demand)
*Best Other romance
*Best Action/Adventure
*Best Drama/Tragedy/Horror
*Best Citrus (not quite a lemon, eh? lol)
*Best Comedy
*Best Overall

If you'd like to see any particular category, let me know and if I think there's a market for it... I'll see what I can do.
DON'T FORGET!!!  Since Haiku are so tiny, you'll have to let me know what category the poem is!  The contest will be month-long, and each person can only enter 2 for each category.  There will be award banners for all who participate, and separate ones for winners!  There is a new category for them-you can find it under "Poetry>Haiku"  Good luck!  <3

TO ENTER: Simply write a Haiku, put it in the haiku category (under Poetry>Haiku) and make sure that in your story or chapter notes or somewhere, it says it's for the contest. And make sure you put in what category it's for.

P.s. (er, for those that need a refresher course...)  Haiku have 3 stanza (lines), in which the first has five syllables, the second has seven syllables, and the last has five again.  For instance:

Haiku are great fun, (5)
but they often don't make sense. (7)
Refrigerator. (5)

Yes, I'm actually going to extend the contest because with all the holiday goings-on, people need extra time, so I'm going to extend the contest until the end of January!!!  Then we will vote VIA our yahoo!group.  ^^
